Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been completed or delivered.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items at tonye.munchies@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the concern. Where applicable, photos may be requested to help us assess the situation.

We will review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and do our best to provide a fair resolution.
